Paella and Sangria Classes

Learn to make Paella and Sangría in the restaurant kitchen situated in Madrid’s historic Austrias area.

This hands-on cooking class takes you through the process of preparing Spain’s best-known dish from the chopping board to the dining table.

Behind the scenes in the restaurant kitchen, guests don their hats and aprons and get straight to the task in hand in a bid to produce the perfect paella.

For this of course we need a teacher and with her 25 years of experience, who better to show us than Angeles who takes us through the stages of preparation with of course her own insider tips to share.

We then go through to the dining room to the mixing table where master of ceremonies, Juan Antonio instructs us as we make our individual jugs of sangria before sitting down to enjoy our paella lunch.

Guests leave with their individual recipe and box of saffron.

Class size: 8-12 people
Price: €55 per person (price includes the class, lunch, recipe and box of saffron)
